Question Can you identify this plug?

I'm working on the interior of this 1986 F150. Pulled the dash off and find this plug beneath it above the glove box. Looks factory and it's secured so it must be for an add-on my truck didn't come with. Anyone know what it was for?

Passenger door pin switch, for the courtesy lights. Always ID plugs & wires by wire color.

Thanks for the input. Wouldn't that be connected off the assembly line? Doesn't look like this has ever been.

Not on low-trim trucks that didn't get a passenger door switch, like my '83 Bronco Custom, or my '95 F150 XL, or yours apparently. But if you want one, they're easy to find in JYs, and cheap (probably free if you buy something substantial on the same visit).
