i have bear claw latches in my 55 f100 and im trying to figure out how to lock them. what option do i have for door locks, i dont want to install the electric locks because if they were to mess up id be in deep sh*t trying to figure out how to unlock them, although i thought of running a cable from inside the door to under the hood so i could pull it in case of a mess up. any one out there installed these type of latches and what did you do for locking.

 

Someone else here was having this problem too. What exactly is the problem? By his wording it seemed like the new latches interfered with the lock inserting all the way into the hole.
