Rebuild the carb that is there and put the other $200 toward something else. The history says its in need of a good cleaning. Kits come with everything need to do a good job. I prefer Berryman B-12 as the carb cleaner. Don't get overwhelmed with the choke linkage and adjustments. It talks scary but its not. Its a good carb to work on and learn from. Do not overtorque the power valve.

Obviously some higher intellect bone head threw the tag away. Auto parts should be able to provide the rebuild kit, its the spec sheet inside that requires the tag number. Good luck.
