I need help coming up with an idea how to do the bed on my truck cause the wood is all screwed up and don't really want to do wood again

 

if you dont want to do wood on it then I would suggest Diamond plate steel. I have seen it done a few times and it looks good. I know they make aluminum stuff that is pretty spendy but that wont rust either. my 85 step side had a cutout piece of plywood over the whole thing.

 

and is that a dually setup on you truck?

 

Nah it's not a dually but the tires are wid enough just about. They are 37/125r15.

 

ah I see, I was thinking about putting a dually under my 85 and shortening it to tuck under the wheel wells. But yeah my bed just has a sheet of plywood in it.

hmm maybe just some sheet steel painted to match.

I think it would too. It would be alot more sturdy and could hold more and last longer than wood.
