I am thinking in building up a 302 motor, i'm going to get a 302 block get it blue printed then start my build up for a 1986 EFI f150. and keeping it EFI. i am thinking in keeping the C6 trany but will swap the rear end out for a bigger one. i believe mine is the smallest rear end of the three. so i dont want to destory it.

So if anyone has any ideas how i should build up the motor, and ideas in what rear end i should swap mine for.

For your EFI need try fordracing.com and edlebrock makes some good stuff as well.

You say your going to buy a block. Which one BOSS, H.O. or STOCK?

Which ever one you pick or have I would very much go with a stroker kit, balanced. That will give you lots to grow on later or NOW. Heres a link, Good luck.
