Default 1978 F150 stalling

I've got a 1978 Ford F150 Ranger with a 351m and Auto Transmission. The truck usually stalls after being started but can eventually get it to start ideling fine after a couple starts. The big problem is it stalls when in reverse and in drive. Also, when you do start driving it it starts to slowly stall out when you come to a stop. Any ideas?

What is the RPM when it DOES idle in P?

This could be a number of things. Off the top of my head, if everything else looks good, I might start to say carb adjustments and or a vacuum leak.

When it does come to full idle in park it actually seems like it's ideling pretty high. Always very weak in drive and reverse though.
