Does this offer count towards your vehicle that has an unrepairable warning light?

Work with the salesman, or the manager of the facility making you this offer. Tell them what your concern is. Unless their hands are tied by Ford, it sounds to me like you can have a new truck tomorrow.
Given the fact you hate the truck and it is sitting in your driveway full of cobwebs, why not even consider finding out from FORD what your options are instead of here?
I agree, yes the offer is for the F-150 that is sitting in my garage and has been since March. The penalty is not from them or will not affect them, the penalty would affect me and my ability to use the z plan again if I ever chose so. At this point I don't want a replacement, I would prefer to wait a year to 2 when the bugs are worked out. I don't know who to contact other than the dealership to find out when my exact date would be for me to sell it without said penalty outlined in the contract I signed.

If you are only talking a month why not just tell the dealer what is going on, If they want the truck they will make the deal and wait a month. I don't know how closely Ford monitors this, I doubt they would even catch it but the penalties can be severe it appears. I posted the rules below:

By signing this form, the customer acknowledges receipt of the vehicle designated above and indicates that the customer has read or has had the opportunity to read, the Plan rules and agrees that he/she will not violate any Plan provision or solicit any money, price discount, or any item of value in excess of $50 (dealership cost), from anyone in connection with the purchase or lease of a vehicle under the Plan. The customer must register the vehicle in the US, and retain it in their name for at least 6 months. The vehicle may not be exported out of the US.

This form does not impact the completion of the financing documents that may be used in the course of the sale transaction. Specifically, the form should not be used to determine the cash price in a retail installation contract or the agreed upon value of the vehicle in a lease. The financing documents must be completed in compliance with all applicable laws.

Penalties for violation of Plan provisions may include one or more of the following: termination of Plan privileges, disciplinary action up to and including termination (Ford employee) and/or requirement that the customer or employee reimburse the Company for the amount of any Dealer commission paid by the Company.
