Angry Wireless Android Auto quit working

I'm trying to figure out why my wireless Android Auto suddenly quit connecting to my '21 F150 Platty. For almost three years it work mostly all the time. It would occasionally drop out and if I deleted my phone and then reconnected it, AA would be back to normal. Now, it will only connect using a USB cable. Then it is back to normal operation, just wired to the truck. I don't want that. Has anybody else experienced this recently?

FWIW-I can connect wirelessly using YouTube Music without AA, so I'm scratching my head trying to figure this out. I could just leave it this way, but why did it work for three years and now suddenly not work anymore? I like AA, but I hate wired connections. My truck won't allow me to turn on Wireless Projection in the Sync menu anymore. I'm sure this is the problem, but I'm having no luck turning it back on.

Any ideas? Let me know please if you do.
Thanks!

You can try this. Try turning the phone off and then back on. Then after phone turns back on, get into truck and start it. If you see a message to connect your phone, push that option. That will take you to another menu option (I can't remember what it was, it may have said my phones name) then push that option. You may have already tried this, if so, then please disregard my post.

Since you mentioned that your truck won't allow you to turn on Wireless Projection in the Sync menu, consider performing a factory reset for the infotainment system. It could reset things to default and hopefully fix the issue. Also, you could try forgetting the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections on both your phone and the truck, then reconnect them. It might just do the trick by refreshing the connection settings.

I had an issue a day or so ago... Haven't since. Glitch?
