Default Window Recall

I had posted in the general decession about my driver's window going up, then right back down.
i was at a dinner today another family member had bought the same truck as mine 2025 F150 XLT 5.0L.
He had received the trailer tow recall as I did But also had received a window recall paper in the mail. He took it to the dealer and they fixed it. Ill be calling tomorrow to schedule my window fix. Has anyone else received a window recall notice ?

Nope. Received the trailer recall which was fixed with an OTA update. No window recall notice.

Didn’t get any window recall notice about my windows either. Only the trailer tow module, which OTA took care of.

been a dealer tech for 32 years
I have a 25, mine did it!
my guys did a reprogram like 2-3 months ago for the issue & intermittently still did it.

since then we were shocked to see another reprograms so we did it, so far so good.....

my guys were bitching me out trying to blame my sound deadener, speakers, wind deflectors, everything under the sun...

I think the window one isn't technically a "recall". I can't think of what they actually call them, but it's something they only do if you complain. Had mine done a few weeks ago. Haven't had a problem since.

Also look up 25P35. This is an issue with some 2025 F150 where the window has issues with the lower travel. It turns out the plastic runners need to be replaced because they are too tight. My issue was the window got stuck down.
