Default Window issue

I have an odd thing that happens with the drivers window. When you hit the button to put it up. It goes up all the way. As soon as it reaches the track at the top it immediately hits the top and starts back down to about half way and shuts off. I run it up 4" at a time stop up stop up stop up to get it to stay up and not go back down. Anyone else ever experienced this ? Maybe there's a tec bulletin on it.
I need to call the dealer and have it looked at.

I think happens mainly with updates. This is a default setting that can be changed by, as I recall, lowering the window all the way and holding down the button for several seconds. I think.

You can fix this without going to the dealer. Hold the window switch until the window is completely up, then count to 10 before letting goof the up switch.

There are some smart sonsAguns on here. I believe holding the button 10 seconds fixed it.

Many thanks.
