Yes, lowers the back roughly 1.25” or so depending how your truck is optioned. Takes 30 min and is reversible if you don’t like it. I experienced no change in ride quality or gas mileage. This is a ‘21 with rear blocks removed…

You can plug in a truck and see what it looks like with various levels/lifts/wheels/tires.
My sits level with 400 pounds for hitch weight and a bed full of stuff when I commute between Washington and Arizona twice a year.
