Vehicle failed to start

Default Vehicle failed to start

For the last 24 hours, ford pass app has given me this response every time I try to start the truck via the app. That along with another response saying that the Ford pass app isn't currently responding.

Anyone else dealing with this currently? Trying to figure out if it's an app bug or not.

Hate that happened during the coldest week so far too.

Looks like the ford pass service is down on Ford's side. I did get a notification on the app about Ford troubleshooting some issue but I don't see it anymore. I'm also having some issue logging into ford.com sites so must be something major on their end..

My Fordpass app hasn't worked at all today. I just checked a couple of minutes ago and it's back up and working correctly.

Over the last couple of months, when I tried to start my truck with the FordPass App sometimes it wouldnt start saying my truck was in deep sleep mode. It would start fine using the keyfob. Yesterday the app kept popping up messages that they were having issues with the App/ This morning the FordPass App started my truck normally

last time fordpass updated on my app was jan 1, now its the 5th, seems to work but says last updated jan 1 still.....

Was not working yesterday, but working today.

I did notice when I opened the app last night that I got a message saying they were working on issues.
