Default Upgrading tires

Sorry if this has been posted before but I found a good deal on some 285/65/r18 wildpeak at3 the other day and was wondering if they are gonna work with no rubbing. I’m on stock suspension with stock wheels and tires 2023 f150 xlt PB with the 18in wheels. Thanks in advance.

I had these on a 21 XLT and had no issues with fit or rubbing. Couldn't get them to ever balance right, but the fit was fine.

Yes, you should be fine, you're only talking a tad over 1/2" taller, and less than that in width. Are these new tires? Falken discontinued the AT3W's about a year or so ago. I'm assuming you left out the W in the tire description?

This is a handy site for determing size differences.

Look closely at the date of Manufacture which is printed on the side of each tire before committing.

Five years old is considered the time to replace..... How old are my tires?

These are 285-70-17s on my son's 2019, just a tad taller in specs at 32.8 inches.

Bone stock except the tires, No rubbing or any other problems! He has had these for 2 years. KM
