Default Unable to connect to network

I see this message at almost every start up. I disconnected battery and reconnected. Still get message. I only waited about 2 minutes and maybe I need to wait longer?

Too difficult to help you with such little info. With your VIN I can check any DTC's your truck is recording to see if there are any clues there as to what's going on. Does your Fordpass app work?

Try turning off PROJ in the connection menu, wait 3 or 4 minutes, turn it back on. If your trying to connect AA it should work.
Just a shot in the dark as you didn't provide much info.

Thanks. I tried turning that off and back on, and I didn’t get the message on the screen that the truck could not connect to the network. Hopefully, it will stay working. I don’t even know what network it is referring?

I don’t know what other information to give? I see the message upon startup on the screen.

Well, it’s back to not working again. Sync hasn’t updated in days on my app and still getting the message Unable to connect to network. I’ve disconnected battery for 30 minutes and still doing it. Wasn’t there some module you could wake up? Is that my issue?

If your phone is android, it uses the PROJ to connect android auto wirelessly. Turn off proj if not useing android auto. This may help you

I’ve tried disconnecting the app projection. Eliminates Car play, but on the last three out of four starts, I haven’t gotten the error message Can’t connect to the network.

maybe this will help Ford figure out what is wrong. Im betting the Connect modem.
