Tow question
Read the Payload sticker on your door jamb. It tells you the max weight of people, stuff, and tongue weight that you can have. An 8,360 pound trailer (plus any stuff you put in the boat, including a tank of gas) should have a tongue weight around 5% (boat trailers have lighter tongue weights than travel trailers). You can verify this with a bathroom scale, and some pipe (Google it), or if your truck has the scale feature.
Payload minus people minus stuff minus tongue weight. As stated, over 500 pounds of tongue weight a WDH is needed, some boat trailers cannot use one.

Keep your tongue weight to a minimum of 10% of the total trailer weight.
While this may be true for TT’s and trailers towing items that are movable, most boats comes with a fixed 5-7% tongue weight. The main reasons it’s safe how they are designed, and enables vehicles to tow them with lighter payload stickers (like mid sized SUVs).

Most boat trailers have surge brakes, so...not really compatible with a WDH. I tow a boat/trailer that is 6,893 with 3.55:1 rear end, no problems even in the hills and dells of Missouri and Arkansas...your towing another ~1,500 pounds from what I do, but you'll be fine. But I wouldn't go much more than that, lol!
