Got into the truck today and the screen won’t power on
no radio
no screen control
does anyone know how to reset this

par for the course, disconnect the battery for 15 mins and see if it comes back to life, if not dealer trip time, possibly a bad APIM

yep, it happens. the screen acts up on my 2021 as well, same with my 2019, 2018 and 2016...let it sit and it normally corrects it self

like i said, par for the course with ford sync systems.

Mine locked up on me while I was driving one day. Couldn’t make any calls or change the station. I shut it off at a red light and restarted it and it still acted up. It wasn’t until I shut it off for 15+ minutes in my driveway that it started to act normal again.

 

Hey if you guys want to go back to the days of Microsoft sync…lol..
