2” level, 285/65r20 BFG KO2’s no cutting, no rubbing.

Default Tire size

Got a new 2021 STX yesterday. Getting the running boards out on next week. Wanting to level the truck and put some all terrain tires on it.
my question is what is the biggest tire I can put on these rims/truck with no rub. Currently have 275/60/r20

thanks again

Seems like that question has been asked before. LOL

Sorry, just amazing that so many Post #1 are this question.
As a matter of fact, it was asked yesterday.

Good luck with your decisions.

I suggest

1. 2" level
2. Taller rear block, so you still have a little rake
3. 295/60/20 if keeping stock wheels

With a 2" level and stock wheels, you could go 285/65/20 or 295/60/20. Probably no larger. Could also do just 275/65/20 to get 34" tall and a little less weight and little less rolling resistance than the wider options

I am running a 2” rough country front level strut and installed 295/60r20 on a 0mm offset wheel and I was rubbing the rear crash bar as well as trim on the back of the front fenderwell. From what I understand the stock wheels are a + offset so you will rub even more with that size if that’s the case. I have nitto recon grapplers on mine I don’t know if they’re beefier than ridge grapplers or what but the dude on YouTube at wild ******* custom did my exact truck with the wheels I got and said no trimming needed, wasn’t the case at all for me.
