Hmmm. Not quite the same, but Sirius keeps cutting out without any obstructions around me. All other sources work just fine.

really weird. Is this normal
It's normal. I've observed Sync 4 rebooting itself due to lockups and after completing updates. It's happened to me about 4 or 5 times over the last 8 months. I think Sync 4 is pretty lousy, so I just dismiss it as a feature like a BSOD in Microsoft's Windows Vista. I'm not going to have my APIM replaced over it. Chances are I'd end up with a worse assembly anyway.

@henfield , read up about owners who took their 13-Gen's to the shop for SSM 46016 . You might have a similar problem. Some cell towers cut off Sirius in Fords. It's been an issue for a while but it depends on what carriers are using which frequencies in your area.

I've had sync/center stack freak outs 3 times in 20k miles. I do this, and all is well

i had a nice lady from ford call me and was going to schedule a look see at dealer, but it has not done it since
on a side note the sync4 was not displaying names of those who called, only the number. and weird screech as it rang the first time
i went out deleted my phone, reloaded it and uploaded contacts. had several folks call me and now it works perfect displaying names and no more screech
