I did not want to create a new thread for this but could not find a similar discussion.

The audio will randomly stop playing on some speakers.
Observed on two 2021 F150’s with the 18 speaker B&O System.
I’ve ruled out the a DSP and ACM in my tests because rebooting Sync 4 on the fly by holding power and seek forward together for 10 seconds will instantly resolve the issue without any ignition cycles. It only occurs once every week or two.
It’s as though the balance and fade settings in Sync 4 randomly drop out. I had thought the APIM was just a dumb pass through for the DSP but so far this issue points at Sync 4 being the root cause.
