Default Swing case thoughts

I have a 22 F150 and am considering a set of swing cases for the bed. Anyone tried these and have thoughts good or bad? Also are the Ford branded ones the same as swingcase or different? I tried to see from the dimensions if one was larger or smaller.

Do you have a Powerboost or a Pro Power option on a gas truck? Looks like the left hand box is not compatible with that. Personally, I have a bed divider that's almost always installed, so the swing out cases don't work for me. I thought about it for awhile, but decided I can store everything I need under my rear seat and didn't want to take up the additional bed space.

I do have a Powerboost so that's good info. I usually keep the back seats up so the space is limited and it looks messy to me.

I put the swing case on each side of my 2010 SCAB. They were handy as often as they were in the way. They hit each other if you try to swing them both at once. No issue with being water tight, because of their fit over the wheel well curved shape, they did not store a lot. I would rate them as pretty light duty plastic, I like the box link system of attaching things better. I put a ratcht strap across the back one and a couple of Home Depot Ridgid brand cases behind the strap against the tail gate. They are stronger and hold more and easier to lift up and out when they are in the way. I also think the swing case would block the factory bed lighting. They are not horrible, I just like the open bed better.

I ordered this one for the right side to throw all my hitch gear in. Works great, is super quick to remove, and was much cheaper than Ford.

I decided to get them and used my ford bucks and a coupon they have. Will let everyone know how it works out.

I was thinking about one for the passenger side as to not block the drivers power outlet, but realized it would likely block the bed light, so its a no go for me. With the partitioned storage under the seat, I have all the room I may need.
