Default Steering wheel upgrade

I knew buying a 23 STX I would be upgrading the steering wheel. Any suggestions on where to purchase a XLT or Lariat wheel? Salvage yard, online retailers, etc? Apologize if this topic has been asked before.

I did the swap, works great. Bought the wheel from Ford Parts for about $190.
Search this site for details.

No link but here is my receipt with part number. It worked perfectly though I did have to swap out the buttons (volume, cruise, etc..)from my old steering wheel on to the new one. The new wheel had an extra button on it that my 2021 STX did not have. Really not too bad of a job to do. I was a bit nervous about messing with the airbag but it ended up not being a big deal. I must confess that once I had it on there. I had to take it back off to re-center it since my wheels were turned a bit.

Unfortunately, Ford increased the price on the heated wheel listed above so it now goes for around $475.

I don't need the heated wheel. Do you know what the website is? Is it the ford parts website?

I sort-of miss the steering wheel from my 2020. It was bigger and buttons had a more solid feel, horn a little harder to press.

I didn't need a heated wheel either but the price was so good I got it. I had to swap out my buttons and then all was good. No, the heat doesn't work on my STX.

Default Leather wheel

I also did the much needed swap on
my 21’ STX and now my new Rattler.
the 21’ I did for about $200
recently the price doubled and I paid about $400 for the 23’
it is a great upgrade to the leather
