Default Stake holders missing support

Hey guys, I've recently purchased a 2021 F150 supercrew;
When I cut open the front stake pocket I've realized it doesn't have the bolt support as the rear pocket has (attached pics for reference); is this normal?
Ive purchased a Thule Tracrac and I'm wondering how would that get installed at this point.

any ideas?

Thanks.
G.

Certain bed sizes to not include stake holders in the front. The first clue might have been having to cut the top off instead of removing a cap.

Following a quick research online it seemed that Ford doesn't provide a cap on the supercrew models with a 5.5 bed but the stake holders are accessible through a simple cut.
here's one video I used for reference before cutting the top off:
The Thule tracrac is sold for the 5.5 beds, so it was safe to assume that bolt support was installed...

Any idea if all six stake holders are still installed in the 8’ beds? I’d be rather frustrated to find I only have four useable pockets.

Looks as though there are still 6 side stake holders

The racks don't bolt to the bottom of the stake pockets. They used a rubber expansion block to hold it in place.

Yup but I thought it had to sit at the bottom of the stake pocket and expand within it.
On the front it seems like it would expand into a much bigger void....
Anyway will give it a go tomorrow morning and see how it does.
Thank you

Where can I find a similar diagram for a 2018 F150 with a 5.5ft bed?
