Spot on Speedometer
I've seen that around quite a bit, it's an artifact of something. Someone noted there is something that goes in that bubble in some condition, but for some reason it appears for people even when it shouldn't. Something that will be fixed in a future OTA update I suspect, nothing much you can do for it right now.
Gen14 site thread on it, I like their attitude of joining the club, haha.

Not sure if coincidental or not, but it seemed to disappear at the precise moment the RPM began to drop to its normal level after being briefly elevated for cold start. Because of that, I wonder if it is some sort of visual cue to remind you not to drive until the engine has had enough time to settle after a cold start in an attempt to minimize early wear on engine components.

If you'll look in the manual it probably states something to the effect that less idle time is better.
If that's the case -it is not a notice to 'not drive" but likely indicating when the vehicle is in in open or closed loop. Some monitoring devices to show that information. Helpful in troubleshooting situation but not sure how valuable of information open/closed loop indicator is during normal use.
