Default Speaker issue

Hello everyone, I’m new here so please forgive me if this was already addressed somewhere else. I did a brief search but found nothing.

I have a king ranch with the standard B&O sound system and lately the speakers seem to not be working properly causing the sound to be awful. I am having to crank the volume up a lot higher in order to hear songs and the sound quality is terrible now. I’m not sure if there are speakers not working or if it’s something else. I have pulled and reinserted the amplifier fuse in an attempt reset the system, but it didn’t help. Any help would be much appreciated.

thanks.

If you have a 2021 with the 8-speaker B&O system, it was most likely caused by a bad DSP update. The fix is also being sent out through another update.

thank you so much for sending that link. That is exactly what I’m experiencing. Sucks it seems like there’s no quick fix. I wonder if replacing w different speakers would fix it???

No, that won't help. The software in factory amp got messed up with the update. All you can do is wait for the OTA to be sent to you.
