I am in LI myself; this is a PAINFUL process that takes HOURS (depending on what level update you on). Plus all the cables and stuff I needed, easy $700+ down the hole, but hey, now I have full-screen CP!

I had no idea when I purchased my truck I would need IT help. Is there anyone in Oklahoma who can help me with software updates?
ETA - happy to pay for the service, my reading of this thread has me thinking the dealership my not be my best choice
