there is a setting for remote start you can change to adjust to the temperature. So if it’s cold, it will heat everything up, if it’s hot out it will turn on A/C etc. go dig through the settings, it’s in there If you can’t find it I will go out and check where it is. Maybe this is to simple but, did you try putting a new battery in the remote ? A new , good, strong , one ? Ford should pay for it of course.
