I haven't received this update yet, my truck still shows the last one as Refined Audio and my last software update according to FordPass was March 20 for the Powertrain Stability Improvements. Audio is still terrible.

I am SO glad I bought a 19 instead of the new trucks. I would be rather pissed over an update that broke schiznit. Aside from the fact Fordpass sends your driving data to Insurance companies, now broken OTA updates? I would unplug the modem.

This is why I unplugged my modem shortly after I bought my 2023. Truck ran well, let’s leave it alone. And ford doesn’t need to be sending my info to insurance companies.

yes, I think I have the issue as well. I noticed something was weird, but did not connect the dots that it was a broader software update related issue until I saw this thread. I also have the B&O system in my 2022 F150 FTX.

FordPass doesn't send anything to insurance companies. Hell it can't even tell you if your doors are locked anymore.
Telematics data is separate from FordPass.
Your 2019 sends driving data to Ford directly without FordPass being active.
Telematics data is always being sent to Ford. How it's being used depends on your privacy settings, at least in the 21+ trucks.
