Default PPF - Full Front vs. Partial

Was talking with a PPF installer yesterday and I am trying to decide between doing a full front end vs. a partial front end. On the full, they cover the entire hood and front fenders. On the partial it's just the leading edge of the hood and just a portion of the fenders. I am wondering if I need the full front seeing as the hood of my F150 will be higher off the road surfave than a car. Plus I am concerned as to how prominent the edge of the PPF film will be.

I have partial on the hood, the line is minimal. I also put a hood protector on, a bit redundant but theres a lot of gravel roads in Alaska.

I usually only PPF the painted front bumper. I haven't had issues with paint chips on anything but the bumper.

I did full hood, fenders, bumper, grill on my 2018 platinum. You could not see anything on fenders/hood because they wrapped it around the edge. If I were to do it again, would just do leading edge, which is what I did on my Charger and wifes Lexus.

Being that most of the truck is aluminum, even of it chips it won't rust, bumper is still steel

I have front of the hood and fenders only. Full headlights, upper bumper and fogs. Bumper is chrome so no need for that there.
I thought that the lines might bother me. They don’t and I am glad I saved a little money there. If you let dirt accumulate along the cut lines then it may become more obvious.
