Default PowerBoost Operation Question

On the PowerBoost F-150, specifically a 2025, do the electric motor and gas motor work together to provide power? Or is it one motor or the other providing power?

Thanks.

They both provide power. It can be driven on full EV power or it will be a hybrid. There is no pure ICE mode.

Pretty sure it is either all motor or all battery. I have a 2024 and it seems to only be in full electric mode when under 25mph, at a stop or idle, in reverse. When your driving it it's running off the motor.

The electric motors assist the ICE motor in certain scenarios, like heavy acceleration or highway driving.

I would say there is full ICE mode when in tow mode... I think...
