Unhappy PowerBoost Failure 2nd time

So. Right side turbo blown a 2nd time after being replaced (under warranty no issue) the first time. Dealer (UAE) saying that there is some kind of oil leak. Due to my location the 1st time the truck was in the shop for 3 weeks (parts take 2 weeks at least to come from the states). got it back drove it for another 3 weeks and then blew the 2nd one. (waiting another two weeks at least then replacement time). I have basically had the car from new and driven it less than 2 thousand KM. Is this a thing with the PowerBoost or just bad luck with turbos and my truck? (FYI the first Turbo blew under 500KM) Anything I can do to mitigate this or just leave it up to the dealer to honour the warranty?

I sure hope this is not a common problem. I have a new one on the way.

Sounds like the dealer addressed the result of an issue, and not the source of the problem. This is definitely not typical.

Been here for a few years. Can't recall turbo failure as being an issue ever. Perhaps on older trucks with tons of miles/KM.

Have to question the dealer's diagnosis.

Turbos are not specific to the Powerboost platform. There is something wrong with your particular truck or use case. I would question oil or coolant starvation.

I read on the 2024's there isn't enough air to cool the turbo. they blocked something in the front that keeps air from cooling turbo. There has been a good amount of 2024's blowing turbo's.
