OK, I backed into a spot, stopped, put it in park, this popped up and did nothing for a minute or so, was on lunch so I hit cancel - anybody see anything similar?

I get the same message occasionally only while backing up after starting my truck. I've left alone for up to an hour of driving and also cancelled it immediately. So far haven't noticed anything change in Sync.

Mine would do that too. It seemed to be associated with saving user settings from the PREVIOUS key off cycle. If I would change any of my settings during a drive, they didn't seem to be saved until after I shut off the truck and started it back up. I would usually get this spinning "Please wait" wheel of death that would never complete even after a 2 hour drive and noticed that those previously changed settings were not maintained. After my most recent trip to the service lane for the unsuccessful 21G01 update, I seem to now have successful saving of the settings. So maybe one of the modules they successfully updated fixed something.... Not sure, but thought I would chime in...
