Default Painting front grille

2023 xlt carbonized grey. The front grille is black, i would like to paint it to match the body color. Is it difficult to remove the grille?

Not really just a bunch of clips and some screws and bolts. Here is a video from Stage 3 Motorsports where Noah walks you through it.

On my carbonized gray 22 Lariat the grill is the same color as the wheels. It is a dark gray not black.

I think you’re right, but i would prefer the grille to be carbon grey.

I just pulled this yesterday as a deer ran in front of me and sheared off the Ford emblem. No other damage.

The video is accurate.

The only things I would add that was not shown in the video is to have a moving blanket available to protect the valence and the grill when you remove them.

Another point is that the louvre unit comes out with the grill as one piece.
