"Mine was flawless" doesn't really apply considering you identified the flaw in the same sentence. Sorry, couldn't help myself. Mine had a couple imperfections but doubt anyone but me will ever notice!

If someone whines about indications of having been painted, and you show them the pictures above, it won't effect the price at all. And I HAVE had the paint thickness checked on a used car.

Default Same problem on a new 2020 white lariat

have been fighting with dealership for 2yrs. New service manager sent it out for a quote to fix the paint and it's 19,000! And at least 2 months in the shop. Said it's a ford manufacturing problem and here I am with still no answer from anyone and just a couple of weeks ago the running boards are bubbled and now peeling! My truck has 14,000 miles on it..what else can I do?

A few weeks later drying off the truck after a wash discovered two other defects.

I know they are pumping theses trucks out at a lightning speed but where is the quality control….

After spending almost 70k I expected better to tell you the truth. The thing that I’m disappointed with the most is these issues were caused during production not during delivery or by the dealer.

Anyone else in the same boat.
