Default Oxygen sensor light?

On my 2023 F150 Powerboost, after a few very cold nights, an orange indicator light has come on on the top left of the screen in front of the driver. I don't see that image in the manual, but the internet identifies it as the oxygen sensor. Is this on mainly because it's been cold, or is there an issue here that requires service? The truck seems to start and drive normally.

There is no light specific to the oxygen sensor. You need to post a picture of what you're talking about and/or DTCs stored in the truck module.

What dash option to you have?
There 3 versions.
Pages 168, 169, or 170.
Which one, and what position per the location guide on the correct version.

Oxygen sensor issues and many others will only be known if you have attached an OBD2 reader to your port and read the code.

What is the little orange symbol at upper left? Is it an "engine" ? Dealer says it is "check engine light" but what problem is that reflecting?

As the truck (F150 Platinum) was new in March 2023 I scheduled a service appointment with the dealer next week. As it is a good service department I imagine they will figure it out and fix it. It is still annoying that a few days of cold weather comes along and the truck doesn't handle it. After all, it is warmer here in NC than in Michigan where it comes from, and it is supposed to be "Built Tough". Maybe not so much. My previous Ford F150s never had a problem with cold wx.

you can get a code scanner and see for yourself but wouldnt clear it or attempt repair since it's under warranty.

let's not jump to conclusions just yet, the timing could be purely coincidental

.
It is a check engine light. That symbol is in your Owner info source.
The code has to be looked at with a Diagnostic tool to see what it is and the description of it.
What is it about this that is not understood?
Good luck.
