I'm either in Orange County or Tijuana.. Google Maps says 1,703 miles away.. but hell, this is a $10k savings and I am a cash customer so this is hard to pass up.

 

Those of you who have order from Granger have you had a trade in and how do handle that?

 

Tell them you have a trade in, give them the VIN, a bunch of photos and the price you'll want. They'll come back and generally offer you the top end of the KBB trade in value for your vehicle.

 

They gave me a fair trade price for my Silverado.

 

I have to give Granger top marks. These guys were incredible! I used to be a car salesman and was top 50 Audi salesman in the country. Always been honest with my customers. Chip and Shelby (Finance) were super honest and a pleasure to deal with.
I put my order on 4/11 and received order confirmation from Ford within a few hours. Then sometimes in June I got an email from Ford with a VIN number and a scheduled build date of 07/25. Then on August 5th I got another email from Ford saying that there will be a short delay. On August 27th another email came informing me that my truck is on it’s way to Granger.
I had a trade-in and sent Chip very detailed pics and within a few hours received excellent trade-in offer. Finance manager Shelby was awesome as well and informed me in advance of an additional $1500 rebate that would be coming my way.

I would define my sales experience with one word AWESOME.

Almost forgot to mention that I drove from Brooklyn, NY and it’s 1100 miles each way and I would do it again!
