I ordered a 2022 F-150 Lariat SCREW, 5,0l, 157” WB on 01/25. When would I get a confirmation from Ford MoCo regarding the order?

 

It should come within a day of the dealer entering it. Either check your spam folders or check with your dealer to make sure they entered it right.

 

As F150Dog said, confirmation within a day or two. But your build date confirmation won't come for a while. Mine was over a month. I think others have waited even longer.

 

Dealer responded with, “The truck has been ordered it just takes a little bit to get the confirmations out to the customers.”

Not sure what this means, but we will see.

 

Ordered mine on 1/21 and got the confirmation email from ford on 1/24. Nothing since

 

I just placed an order on Monday and got the confirmation from Ford about 6 minutes later.

 

I ordered on a Saturday, emailed the dealer about no email on Tuesday morning, got an email from Ford Tuesday afternoon, and then got an email from dealer Tuesday evening telling me "it can take a few days".

I'm not totally sure but I feel like they were sitting on my order until I asked them about it. But obviously I can be sure.

 

Never got a separate confirmation Email from Ford Motor.

Ordered 1/04/22 and the only email I got after that was on the 8th giving me my Vin# and build date.

 

My money says they were sitting on it....After I emailed my dealer late on Monday, they replied saying great we will submit your order in the morning....the next day about noon I had an email from Ford Motor company saying your order was confirmed...even before the Dealer replied to me saying order placed I dont think Ford's order/email system is the bottleneck on why you dont have it!

When I ordered my truck on 11/22/21, I got a confirmation email from Ford on 11/22/21, the same day.

On 12/03/21, I got, from Ford, an email giving me the VIN and the build week.
