Maybe I am wrong, but the one close to 70K is a Lariat. The other thats 59K is an XLT.
FWIW, my current XLT priced out near 57k I think? The last 2 XLT's I had were both over 50k, and the first was in 2018. So doesn't seem that crazy to me.
What does seem crazy is my first home I bought priced out at just double the truck. I mean 20 some years ago but still.

Look at the mark-up paper beside each window sticker...$10K each!
Look at the markup on theses 2 trucks $10,000 each. They want damn near $70k for an XLT. WTF is going on right now.
It is dealer dependent. In MN, i've seen up to $5K mark-up. My dealer has $1.5K mark-up on anything he gets in inventory but sells custom orders at invoice.

I paid $1000 *under* MSRP for my well equipped Lariat Powerboost SC from Fred Beans in West Chester, PA. Plus a great trade-in value on my Ridgeline. So no, I don't think it's a "PA thing".
