Default Odometer screen issue

Hello all,

I have a 2023 Powerboost with less than 100 miles, took possesion less than a week ago. 2 days ago, I used the FordPass app to remote start it. When I hopped in the cab, my screen in the middle of the gauge cluster was blank except for "No Config." Since then, it has flickered back once, but is now definitely off. I can't see the the odometer, drive modes, gears, brake regen, etc. Also, the green "Ready" light no longer comes on when I turn the truck on. Everything else feels and works great. I have tried the usual things like undo the battery, reset/update Sync, and scan for DTC's (none). Any ideas? There's almost no info about this specific problem on youtube. Apologies if this has been brought up previously, I was unable to find the thread about it. Thanks!

If electronics fail, it's usually almost immediately after delivery.

Time to return to the dealer. Nothing we can do.

Hey there! I can look into your F-150’s screen concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?

At least it isn't Saturday afternoon.
The dealership is open today -sounds like it's time to make a call.

All, I've been back to the dealer, they stated it is a bad instrument cluster. Said they are having trouble ordering the correct part from Corporate. I live on an island, nearest dealer is a ferry ride+30 mins away, super PIA to have issues with a brand new truck.

I'm not sure what has happened. I have not seen my gage cluster blackout in the past week. But, I will still mention it to the dealer when it goes in for service.

I dunno if it's related, but they put a stop to the blue cruise updates because of instrument panel issues. The stop was posted on 1.4.23 so right after you started to have your issues. If you have blue cruise it may be related to that.
