If allowing them to black box you saves you $1300 a year, then you were way overpaying in the first place. Unless you have some special situation or scenario.

I love my 'tracker device' as other have called it. I have it on 4 vehicles. Did it 3 years ago, It gives a report and actually makes my wife and I better drivers. We see what we are doing wrong without a policeman letting us know via a ticket and a fine.
As you all know we're tracked anyway.
Because of our participation, my 19 F150 premium is $320 per YEAR. About the same on my Corvette and 2 Honda's
Win win for us!!

Then how can they know how many miles I drive a year? I drive only 2,000 miles a year. Otherwise, they assume I drive 15,000 miles a year. It was either pay $170 a month or $65. That's why I like that device. No, it doesn't measure your speed. It only collects the miles and informs the insurance company.

Metromile. That's what I use.
