Default No OTA updates?

I tried to search but couldn’t find what I’m looking for.
I’ve owned my Truck for about 2 months now, I’ve heard of others getting 1 or 2 OTA updates already in that timeframe but I haven’t seen it happen to my truck. No notification in vehicle or on the Ford Pass app.
Am I missing updates or just being impatient lol.
If anyone knows I’d appreciate some info.

They happen when they happen. Not worth worrying about it. Once you get one, you won't have a clue as to what was upgraded/changed anyway.

Yea, I heard the specifics were vague. Just wanting to ensure I don't have a software issue with OTA.

Ford said it would be in waves for the first few rollouts to make sure everything goes smoothly. Suspect it's just being extra cautious.

I have a VIN 28,000. Not sure if I am on the right software. Wondering if there is a way to see if I got it or not. No notification in app or anything.

From what I'm told, you will receive a notification via FordPass app that you either had an update applied or that one is available (depending on your Sync update settings). Mine is a 12/20 build that I've had since early Feb and I've not gotten any ota updates. Like you, I was also curious if/when/how I'd be notified of any.

I think their more concerned with something being wrong with how his truck takes OTA. Example do I need to turn something on or is it just broke since I can’t find anything in the sync 4 about OTA.
kind of like how some people have 8 or 9 options to scroll through in the sync 4 on the right side screen and how some only have 5 and no one can figure out why this is.
