Default New Tremor, use same Diamondback?

Old truck was a 2016, new one will be a used 2023. I would like to use my Diamondback cover on my new truck, but will it fit? Has anyone used their old cover with the new gen trucks? Diamondback website has year range from 2015-2020 and 2021-2024, but the box length remains the same with the new gens, no? Thanks for the help.

I think, I think, I just saw another member post that he used the Diamondback from his 2011 on his 2024 Tremor so it might work.

I used the old cover from my ram, short boxes are not that far off from one another. Best way to know is to put it on.

Don’t have said new truck yet. Just trying to find an answer before it arrives. Jumping the gun, I know.

I had one of those on my Superduty. Pretty awesome covers. I did do a search and @tmcolegr had posted this PDF. Hopefully it helps.

My cover, not a Diamondback, a Revolver, went from my gen 13 to my gen 14 with no problems.

Generally speaking, the rollup covers will work fine - the trifolds will work "kinda".

The top of the tailgate is different for the 21+ trucks. It may or may not close and latch properly. Prob the only way to find out for sure is to put it on and see.

If it doesn't, there is a burgeoning market for used ones on FB Marketplace. You should have no trouble selling it and/or buying a replacement.

This is the only reason I don’t see it working, if the rails are that much different.

I used my Truxedo from my 2017 on my 2022 and it's perfect.

In case anyone is wondering still, the cover fit! Not as exact as the 2016, but still looks good to me. Here is the new truck with cover on.
