Ok, this is officially annoying enough that I need to see if it is happening to other people as well. I setup My View with the most used options and I put the boost gage in the cluster on the middle left of the gauge cluster. It could be 5 minutes, it could be 5 days, but it always reverts back to the default setup. What’s the point of My View if I have to keep changing it?!

I also had a Bluetooth issue a week ago that I had to disconnect and reinstall my phone and truck to my devices. I love my truck for the most part, but all these annoying little tech things make me think I should have kept my 2020 a while longer instead of trading.

 

Mine does this as well, so you’re not alone. I also have different directions show on the navigation screen and my productivity screen. I am waiting for the next OTA update to see if it corrects these issues.

 

Mine doesn't reset randomly but if I use voice activated commands for instance to make a phone call it goes to the menus screen, very annoying

 

Did you guys create a personal profile? If not, it solved most of these probs.

 

Personal profile settings are not available on the XLT, unfortunately.

 

I personally gave up. If it starts working as intended, I'll find out here before catching it myself.

I'm actually kinda angry that there's not even a 12V battery status buried in the menu more than the MyView issue. I'm about to slave a noco into the battery just so my dashcam draw doesn't setoff the preset limit every night.

I have personal profile setup but this one is my biggest issue. After any voice commands it just goes back to the main menu and I have select My views again every time and it gets annoying. Not sure why it doesn't default back to the last view it was on prior to the voice command or phone call. I have had issues with the sync 4 wiping all my radio settings. It has happened a couple times and the odd part is it only wiped out my profile settings. My wifes profile was fine it was only mine that got wiped out.

 

It’s happening pretty much every time I drive and set up MyView at this point. As someone noted, I have an xlt so I don’t have a profile to set up that I’m aware of. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate help. This is very annoying and it wasn’t always an issue so I’d like to know what changed.

 

Mine resets most every (if not EVERY) time. I don't Bother with it now.

 

The profile functions of the higher trims don't help, at least in my experience. My key is supposed to have a profile set with it, and my wife has hers. The MyView is always resetting itself and the SYNC functions don't follow the profiles either. In fact, this morning I had to reset all my radio stations.
