Default Mudflaps or No Mudflaps?

I have a 2021 Oxford White XLT Sport 2.7L 18" wheels currently on-order. What are everyone's opinions on mud-flaps? I'm not crazy for the appearance, but I despise scrubbing tar off of white even more. For those who do recommend mudflaps, what brand do you recommend?

Mudflaps do help. I have them on my white Lariat, but road tar doesn't behave and just get on the flaps. It manages to distribute itself all over the side of the truck. You might save a little cleaning, but it won't solve the problem.

Too much crap off the road and too many holes underneath that got filled with regular wheel kickup on mine, so mudflaps it is.

Had mud guards on my last two trucks, and was happy with them. Took the plunge and went for full mud flaps on the 2020. Really happy so far. Notice a huge difference in the rocks getting thrown up on gravel roads. Went with the Gator Backs. They were expensive, but look really good, and came with no drill aluminum support backets designed specifically for distributing the weight on the aluminum body panels.

WeatherTech. Only $79.90 for four, are easily installed with no drilling, and are fitted to your truck. I have a set and really like them.

I also installed the Ford Wheel-well liners to make it easier to keep rear wells cleaner.

i think the mud flaps on my truck look great. and they are very useful. very good at preventing rocks from hitting the paint. and m uf course but if you splash through a mud puddle your still gonna get mud on your paint, just not as much without mud flaps

I like the Weather Tech splash guards on my 2018 Lariat. I think they look good and they prevent damage from mud, rocks and sand. I think they are a must have if you have power running boards.

Default Husky liners

Have had the rear Husky liners on my 2018 for 2 years now. They make a big difference keeping crap off the paint. Just decided to order the fronts and put them on today. No drill installation. Uses factory screws. They are molded and look nice. The fronts were only $27 on Amazon and arrived next day.
