Default Mud flaps

Seems 2 options. Wheel lip molding or not. Have a 22 lariat 4x4. Any idea which it is?

I paid ~$400 for the set, and they seem to work very well. I plan on keeping my truck for quite a while, so I wanted something that would last. No regerts.
