Tires are stock size...no lift, no level, no rubbing.

It took me 3-4ish hours with a laser level to get them spot on. They are not easy, but totally worth it.

Not easy with a laser level?
I haven't got one but I think the best method for me is to measure floor to each corner?

I might be a little bit German.
Because of the brackets, the height will be very close. it's getting them perfectly straight than can be rough. The fronts don't matter nearly as much as the rears.

Yeah I meant the corner of each flap, not overall height.

I usually will use wood blocks leveled to the height I want and set to bottom of the flaps on them to make sure they are where I want them.

I felt the same when I read 3-4 hours to install mud flaps.

Starts at 3:20, adjusting the angle.
Honestly, i'll just be measuring the two lower corners on each flap in order to get it level with the floor i think.
