Nice looking rig, congrats. How's the B&O Unleashed sound system?

 

It sounds awesome! Very clear with no distortion and plenty of bass. I didn’t hear the 8 speaker system to compare it to but I’m very happy with it.

 

Truck looks great! One stupid question... Ill be in the market for a new truck in the next 2-3 months. Hows does this plan pricing work? Ive seen A plan, X plan, etc. Do you tell the dealer I want A plan?

Update: Ford body shop got it all squared away. Took maybe 20-30. Looks like it was just the rear passenger door that needed adjustment.

 

Same issue with my bnew 2020 Platinum. Mine had a chirping sound whenever the truck hit bad pavement. The dealer was able to sort them out to my satisfaction.

 

I had similar door alignment issues on my 2017 when it was new. Ford covers this under warranty. Work should be completed by the dealership body shop, not the regular shop. It just took them a few minutes.

The real question is: why is Ford letting this sh** leave the factory like that?

 

Door alignment is the sort of thing that can easily happen in transport, but yeah, after production line QA can be too fast to see it sometimes.

 

A plan is only for Ford employees

 

I just picked up a 2023 F150 Platinum Hybrid, drivers door is misaligned, dealer says their body shop will fix it, passenger side doors ok, driver's side door is higher than back door, rubber trim between doors doesn't line up either, so we'll see. Also on this new truck which has the Black Appearance Package the F150 emblem which has some black coating on the emblem is flaking away, they are replacing that. Other than that love the truck.
