Manage Wifi network function fail
First off, I think several things "failed" today on my 2022 Sync4. In sequential order as I experienced them:
1. sitting in the driveway and everything seemed fine, notably, the truck was connected to my home wifi network and I checked software update (none).
2. ran some errands, and pushed the Voice control button for Sync Nav, truck says "Nav no available", and I noticed the crossed-out cloud icon at the bottom of the map screen.
3. Opened Fordpass app, noticed the vehicle needed activation, but why? (my guess was I did a Master Reset the other day, so, guess it's normal).
4. Attempted to activate the truck again on App, turned truck off, on, off, on, spent about 2.5 hours, drove truck to local library lot with free wifi, home drive way, nothing, the "activation prompt" on truck never appeared, more so
5. at the library and home, I went to Connectivity - Manage wifi network, the truck suddenly can't even find any nearby wifi network any more???
Is it time for the battery terminal unplug route? Is the Sync 4 Nav a paid service and my free trial simply ran out? (one other thing I did today was call ATnT and removed my vehicle).

Further comment: 2021/2022/Sync 4 NAV seems to have two options: Connected Nav, and a "built-in" Connected Nav, really don't know the difference other than the former gives a 90 day free period and latter gives a 3 year free period. Either way though, I only had my truck for less than 1 month!?
