Leveling
It's uncommon for the rear to be 4" taller than the front.
Measure from the center of hub to the fender. Find the difference front to back. Purchase a level kit that makes up the difference.
It does look like a lot, but hard to say from the pictures if your truck is stock and/or if there is truly 4" more gap in the rear. The normal is right about 2" difference, sometimes less. Measure the way I said for best results.
Belltech 2" lowering shackles installed. The rear is 1" higher than the front.
I also have 1" spacers for the front that I haven't installed. I've done a lot of suspension work on 2wd f150's, but a 4wd is a lot harder to install the spacers on (by myself) and I'm too cheap to pay a shop to install them so I will leave it as is.
Do you know if this will fit on a 2021?

I’m also thinking of doing the level kit after my new tires are installed this afternoon. I’m leaning towards the loaded struts instead of just the puck . I’m hoping for minimal or zero run after the tire install just until i get some free time in the shop to install the kit. Im going to be using the Rough Country kit
FYI: this is posted every few days -look in the leveling threads of the forum for suggestions. The same theories apply to your 2021 truck but maybe not all parts are available yet. That doesn't inhibit research though.
