I’m planning to stop by Field of Dreams on my way home from Granger probably next month. Too busy in June.

Can you confirm the tailgate piece is connected to the main bed section. It looks like it but I have seen it different on some trucks. I’m hoping it is so there’s no gap. Did you order it online or through the shop you used? I’m planning on a cap also. Thanks

That was on our radar, but we were headed west. We saw the bridges of Madison County.

Looks awesome! How do you think the transition from the tailgate to the bed hold up with all the folding/creasing? I'm curious how long it wil last.

It is one piece, they are connected. Very nice and it keeps anything from falling into that gap. It’s very robust, I have zero worries that it will wear out over time.

it’s funny, I must have looked at your pictures a dozen times and never noticed the stacked wood under the tires till you said something, lol

Can you post a link to purchase? I think I’m going to get a set.
Still listed with a sale price.

We made deliberate stops in Grand Island (the Stuhr Museum is very good) and Scotts Bluff (drove and hiked around the National Monument).

Yes, all one piece, including a section that spans the gap to the tailgate. This folds into the gap with the tailgate up.

I ordered it through my local shop, along with a cap.

I installed the bed side wall plates and cleats that I bought from Ford with points.
