Is a lariat and xlt front bumper typically the same? I had a XLT that I added(drilled) to 6 front full auto park sensors but then smacked it up bumper and need to replace.

Bumper # ML3Z-17757-CPTM is for "Bumper and mounts, with front park aid, with auto park, primed." Which seems like what I want as far as the parking sensor holes but wasnt sure that since you cant get auto park on the XLT there might be soemthing else different with the bumper like fog light holes. It doesnt seem so but dont want to end up with a $500 paper weight.

 

I have a 22 xlt that I ordered and I don’t remember any option for auto park otherwise I might have got it.Im not by my truck but I think I have 4 sensors in the front bumper.I know I don’t have 6.

 

Right not likely to have any XLTs with the 6 sensor setup. But are the fog ligfhts etc differnt shape on lariat where bumper could be differnt? It doesnt look like it from the model choices but wanted to confirm

 

Go to tasca and put in your vin to order the bumper, then put in a lariat vin

 

I know the bumber I need is not the regular XLT biumper because I drilled my original XLT bumper to add the parking sensors and I dont want to redrill. The question is more - If I buy the 6 parking sensor bumper that is mostly sold for Lariatt + will it take XLT fog lights.

 

easiest way to find out would be to look up an xlt and lariat fog light to see if they are the same part. ford doesn't normally make different shaped fog lights for the trucks. I was able to put super duty led fog lights on my 17 and my dad's 16 f150 since the light was the same shape. I think the only real difference in the bumpers will be the additional side holes for the sensors.
